With the company rapidly growing, opening 4 additional stores throughout Australia, the original website was due for an update. With online being 50% of the business it was vital to analyse and enhance the current features.

The key goal for this project was to simplify the customer experience, increasing the rate of returning customers through loyalty systems as well as creating a platform for our brand to grow. With outdated systems this required the implementation of new organisational processes within the company. The key was creating new structure to the way information was handled between divisions of the company. To make this work, indepth research into the current procedures & communication efforts was critical. The end goal was to optimise the marketing strategy, aiming to work months ahead of strategy rather than days.  


I had a key focus on improving our sales funnels through upselling intiatives.  introducing new ways to increase sales of our product as well as making it a user-friendly experience for our audience.

Included in the process was a product restructure to improve the ways our inventory is handled, reducing the rate of error. This has improved all warehouse handling as well as executing cleaner data helping the production team with their forecasting.
